Summary:
All insurance agencies lose customers from time to time, but all too often, we don't find out why. Just as importantly, we often don't have a process in place to get them back. Communicating with lost customers systematically over several renewal cycles is a good, low cost way to get customers back, turn them into 'new customers' again, and pad income growth.
