Confluency Solutions Introduces New Tool
to Help
Independent Insurance Agents Keep up with Consumer Demands,
Deliver on Best Practice Recommendations
Jacksonville, FL – Confluency Solutions announced today the
introduction of cATS, cFluent
Agent Tool Set,
an easy-to-use web-based tool that empowers independent insurance
agents to compete more efficiently and effectively against online
insurance providers and deliver better customer service. cATS is
currently in beta-testing and will be available in June 2005.
Confluency Solutions is headed by an insurance industry veteran
whose background in marketing and e-commerce led to the development
of cATS. “Although more and more agents have been creating

missed opportunities for agents to deliver what consumers really

The new cATS tool is also being heralded by insurance industry

cATS is hosted through Confluency Solutions and requires no specialized
hardware, software or knowledge from agents or consumers. The tools
are flexible enough that they can be linked to web sites hosted
by other parties. cATS utilizes a state-of-the-art database that
allows independent agents to monitor the changing expectations of
their customers. At the same time, the database allows consumers
maximum flexibility in shaping tools and content to their risk management
needs. License costs vary by custom options and agency size but
an agency can be competing with sophisticated web tools in a matter
of days starting around $2,000.
