Confluency Solutions Debuts New Web Tool
to Help
Independent Insurance Agents Deliver Superior Claim Service Experience
Jacksonville, FL – Confluency Solutions announced today the
availability of their cFluent Claim Manager to help independent
insurance agents manage and monitor auto and home insurance claims.
The cFluent Claim Manager is a web based tool that tracks key claim
process components automatically and keeps insurance claimants updated
via a web interface and automated emails.
Confluency Solutions developed the tool because independent agents
are often excluded from the claim process or don’t have the
time to stay involved. “Customer retention and referral rates
are directly related to claim satisfaction,” explained Kevin
McDonald, president of Confluency Solutions. He added, “There
are four components to insurance claim satisfaction; the cFluent
Claim Manager directly addresses two of those and indirectly will
improve performance in the remaining areas.”
Many insurance claims are reported directly to the insurance company
and it can be difficult and time consuming for an agent to make
sure their customer’s claim experiences are good from start

Boswell agency in Bristol, Virginia, views the tool as a way

The cFluent Claim Manager, which is hosted through Confluency Solutions,
can be added to any insurance agent web site and requires no technical
expertise, special hardware or software to install or use. The hosted
solution includes a sophisticated database that allows insurance
agents to get a variety of reports to improve future insurance claimant
experiences and provide concrete reasons for non-customers to do
business with them. “If you are trying to brand your agency
in terms of claim experience saying, ‘97% of our customers
are very satisfied with their experience’ is far more powerful
than saying ‘our insurance agency believes in providing superior
claim service”, McDonald continued.
The cFluent Claim Manager can be licensed and added to an insurance
agent’s web site for $350. Confluency Solutions also provides
