About Confluency Solutions:

Confluency Solutions has been providing independent insurance agents with websites, SEO, social media marketing and other digital marketing solutions for over a decade. The company was formed by former insurance agency and company veterans who saw the need insurance agencies had for digital marketing assistance. Back in 2004, we started by building modules - what we call apps today - that could be plugged into insurance agency websites. From there we started building and hosting websites, all on a content and workflow management system built specially for insurance agents. The rest, as they say, is history. Confluency continues to evolve our digital marketing services so our insurance agency clients never have to worry about falling behind the curve.

James' academic and early career immersed him in a variety of emerging digital technologies, engaging in projects large and small. He has worked with independent insurance agents for over 15 years now and, unusual for a technologist, has come to understand the nuances of the insurance agency business.
