Covid Messaging Follow upWe wrote a blog post a little while back about communication options any insurance agency has access to, could easily adopt, and include methods your clients are coming to expect. The physical separation and isolation forced upon nearly all of us, to one degree or another, has introduced the previously uninitiated to video through Zoom hang outs, Facetime connections, or any of several asynchronous video messaging options like video email or video chat with an app like Marco Polo.

There are a wide variety of ways your insurance agency could incorporate video communication in you day-to-day work flows and marketing and we recently explored two in a recent webinar: Holding agency webinars or live stream events and using video email and pre-recorded 'explainer' videos as part of an account review program.
